Our Small Flat Rate Priority Box, can hold up to 100 glass tiles/and or trays. The dimensions of the box is
8 11/16" x 5 7/16" x 1 3/4". Please keep this in mind when adding to your cart. Evaluate your purchase and determine if you can fit it all in a small box. If you're not sure, contact us and we'll let you know if you need to purchase the Medium or Large Flat Rate Box.
The cost for Small Flat Rate Box shipping is $7.50. If your shipping fees are at least $7.50, DO NOT ADD TO YOUR CART. Your order will automatically ship out in Small Flat Rate Box. If you need a Medium Box, your shipping fees have to be at least $12.
Your shipping fees incurred on all orders will be $3.50 or more. This listing is an extra $4.00 . We REFUND ANY SHIPPING OVERAGES. Example; your shipping fees incurred are $5.00, you add this listing for an extra $4, you will get $1.50 credited back to your account.

Echecks usually take 5-7 days to clear. Once cleared please allow 2 days for your order to process and ship out. Please CONTACT me once you are notified that the check has cleared.
All orders are shipped to your ETSY ADDRESS. If you want it shipped somewhere else, you must let me know immediately upon checkout.
Orders are shipped via USPS Monday-Friday. If you want insurance on your packages please contact me and I'll add the the insurance fees. You will receive your tracking number in your email once your package ships. We are not responsible for damaged, lost, or stolen packages that doesn't have insurance on them. We examine each transaction to see how we will handle these issues.
USA Express/Next Day Shipping is available for $21.00. You have to contact me and pay for your order by 4pm, EST.
All orders are shipped out within 1-3 business days. Unless, otherwise stated. If you want Priority/Express shipping your package will arrive within the designated days after it's shipped out. If you need a rush order please contact us via email or by phone at 734-363-3531.

Sometimes the calculations may be off. In the event you are undercharged shipping fees, I will contact you for additional payment. I will provide you with a link via US Postal Service so that you can verify our cost for shipping. This is rare, but it does happen once in a while. If you are overcharged you will receive a credit.
Please allow 10-45 days for the arrival of your package. I can't control what happens in customs. Each delivery has it's own unique circumstances. Some packages arrive faster than others. I considered International mail lost after 45 days.

You must make your request within 21 business days of your purchase date. If you're not satisfied you can return your item for a full refund or exchange. Your items must be returned in good condition. Any items returned damaged will not receive a refund. Your refund or exchange will process after I receive your returned package.
All chains that have to be cut to order are considered "custom items", and can't be returned. Please make sure you have your correct measurements and style before placing your order.
Any exchanges that has to be reshipped, the reshipping fees will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees must be paid before exchange is shipped out.
I will replace any supplies you receive damaged upon reviewing pictures of the damaged items. Pictures can uploaded on Etsy Convos or emailed to me at email@example.com
Wholesale, and custom orders are welcomed. Just contact me with your request. Rush orders/same day shipping are available. I normally don't charge for these services. Please contact me to see if I can accommodate your rush service.
