GLASS PENDANT TUTORIAL
When choosing your image you can use scrapbook paper, images on collage sheets, photos, and artwork as your image. If you are printing up your image you should use card stock for best results. You can use glossy photo paper as well, but you will need Microglaze
STEP 2: If you are printing from and ink jet printer you will need to seal your image with Microglaze. You will also need this sealer for glossy photo paper. This prevents your image from smearing and blurring from the Diamond Glaze. If you use Microglaze, apply a thin coat and allow to dry for about an hour.
STEP 3: Apply the Diamond Glaze to the back of the glass and spread it around. Pop any bubbles you see in the glaze. DO NOT SHAKE THE BOTTLE. Then, adhere the glass to your image. Do not press firmly. Just lay the glass over the image and press lightly allowing it float and make sure the glue has spread to the edge of the glass. Allow to dry for about 1hr.
STEP 4: Trim the paper around the edge of the glass. Turn pendant over and seal the back of pendant with Diamond Glaze. Allow to dry for about 1hr. If using bails, adhere the bail to the back of the pendant with super glue or E6000. Allow to dry.

Once, pendant has dried, apply a small dollop of glaze into the tray and adhere pendant into tray.

Orders are shipped via USPS Monday-Friday. If you want insurance on your packages please contact me and I'll invoice you the insurance fees. You will receive your tracking number in your email once your package ships. We are not responsible for lost, or stolen packages that doesn't have insurance on them. We examine each transaction to see how we will handle these issues.
USA Express/Next Day Shipping is available for $21.00. You have to contact me and pay for your order by 4pm, EST.

Unless, you pay for registered mail, which is an additional $12. Or, choose Express or Priority shipping, your package will ship without a tracking number. However, you will receive a customs number. CANADIAN customers will receive a tracking number.
Sometimes the calculations may be off. In the event you are undercharged shipping fees, I will contact you for additional payment. I will provide you with a link via US Postal Service so that you can verify our cost for shipping. This is rare, but it does happen once in a while. If you are overcharged you will receive a credit.
Please allow 10-45 days for the arrival of your package. I can't control what happens in customs. Each delivery has it's own unique circumstances. Some packages arrive faster than others. I considered International mail lost after 45 days.

You must make your request within 21 business days of your purchase date. If you're not satisfied you can return your item for a full refund or exchange. Your items must be returned in good condition. Any items returned damaged will not receive a refund. Your refund or exchange will process after I receive your returned package.
All chains that have to be cut to order are considered "custom items", and can't be returned. Please make sure you have your correct measurements and style before placing your order.
Any exchanges that has to be reshipped, the reshipping fees will be charged to the customer. Shipping fees must be paid before exchange is shipped out.
I will replace any supplies you receive damaged upon reviewing pictures of the damaged items. Pictures can uploaded on Etsy Convos or emailed to me at firstname.lastname@example.org
